Open Gym
Exceleration offers 'open gym' time where people can come in and utilize the equipment, practice skills and stunts, or just have fun! There is always an EGC coach at these open gyms to make sure all the participants are safe and having a great time! Waivers must be completed and signed by a parent or guardian of those participants under the age of 18. Those with waivers without a parent's signature will not be permitted onto the gym floor.
Open gym in the main gym for ages 6 and up
Mondays, Wednesdays, & Fridays - 7:30pm to 9:00pm
Saturdays - 12:00pm to 1:30pm
Price is $10

Open Gym in the Jungle Gym
Saturdays - 12 to 1:30pm
Price is $7 and parents must stay in the gym with the children
College students that bring in a valid student ID will receive admission for $8!

Be sure to ask about our punch cards where you can receive free open gym times!
NOTE: Coach is there to give pointers, advice, and supervise open gym participants. Our coach is not there to spot or teach. If you would like some instruction, ask our front desk about Private Lessons or our classes!

Open Gym Rules

Any participant on the floor that's 17 & under must have a waiver on hand signed by his/her parent or legal guardian. NO EXCEPTIONS!

Any participant must first sign in and receive a wristband. If participant does not have a wristband you will be asked to leave the floor

Exceleration Gymnastics Center will hold you financially responsible for any damages done resulting from improper use of equipment.

Preschool Gym: Parents are required to stay for the child while they are participating in open gym.

It is expected that participants respect coaches, gym staff, gym equipment and other participants.

All Participants must wear appropriate attire (NO snaps, zippers, chains, buttons, belts, necklaces, bracelets or dangly earrings.)

Exercise equipment is not to be used by any participant.

Unless otherwise given permission by a coach or office staff member, participants are not permitted to use high beams or the high bars, including the pit bar. Preschool Gym: Maximum of 5 participants on the Tree-house apparatus at a time.

For safety purposes, only 1 participants are permitted on the tumble track at a time. Shoes may not be worn on the trampoline or in the pit. Preschool Gym: For safety purposes, only 2 participants are permitted on the trampoline at a time. Shoes may not be worn on the trampoline..

The rope and rings should be used in a stationary manner (NO SWINGING) Preschool Gym: ONE participant at a time on the zip line with the EGC Coach's assistance.

NO food, gym or beverages are permitted in the gym area.

ONLY EGC coaches are permitted to spot participants.

EGC members - Accounts must be current prior to participating in Open Gym

We reserve the right to cancel Open Gym for any reason. If at any time, we feel a participant is not following the rules, a parent will be called and the participant will be asked to leave with no refund!

Sleepovers at EGC
Each year we have three sleepovers... Our Luau Sleepover in June, Our Campout/Back To School Sleepover in August, and our Halloween Sleepover in October. All three of them are a lot of fun!

Private Lessons
Exceleration offers Private Lessons to those interested in having 1-on-1 time with a coach. Private Lessons are used for athletes, whether gymnast, dancer, or cheerleader to get their skills quickly.
There are two ways of setting up Private Lessons. 1. You can call the gym and request a Private Lesson. That request will be given to an appropriate coach according to the skills listed. That coach will then contact you to set up a day and time for the lesson. 2. You can also ask a specific coach to set up the private with them directly.
Base Price for Members: $40 1/2 hour and $50 for an hour
** Members are students that are currently enrolled at EGC

Base Price for Non-Members: $45 1/2 hour and $55 for an hour

If you schedule a private lesson with another student, the cost is the base-price (or coaches price*) plus $10 for the second student.

**Please keep in mind that some of our coaches charge more for private lessons based on their experience.
All privates must be paid for in advance. This money is used as a placeholder. You may pay for several weeks of private lessons at a time. There is a $10 cancellation fee if the cancellation was made less than 24 hours in advance of the private. The remaining balance can be applied to your next private scheduled. ​If you schedule a private lesson and fail to show with no warning, the coach will still be paid for their time. You will not be refunded this money. Credit for a rescheduled Private will remain on the account until used. Once a private is paid, there are no refunds.
