Men's Competitive Gymnastics Team

Exceleration Gymnastics Center competes in the USAG Junior Olympic Program, Levels 4-10, in both Division 1 and Division 2. Currently all our gymnasts are training for Division 1. EGC has been gaining recognition throughout Region 5 for our accomplishments.

Gymnasts on the EGC team benefit from being coached by several differently qualified coaches, ranging from a former NCAA Gymnast to USAG National Judges to former level 10 gymnasts. All of the coaches really care about the boys which makes it a great experience!

EGC Team gymnasts practice a minimum of 9 hours a week during the season. Higher Levels practice upwards of 12 hours a week.
